Between September 14 and October 6, 2005 the International Federation of Human Rights and their affiliated organizations in Mexico and Guatemala, Mexican Commission for the Defense and Promotion of Human Rights, Human Rights Commission of Guatemala and Legal Action in Human Rights Center, accomplished an international mission to verify the situation of feminicide in both countries.
This report gathers the diagnosis and observations around this problem and establishes a series of recommendations to different instances of government, mass media, civil society and the international community.
